The Digital Package is ideal for Directors who are experienced at Company Formation and can produce the Company Registers themselves and want to start trading immediately. It is also great if you just wish to set up a company and may leave it dormant for a while, so that you have the company name already registered at Companies House. You can always add to the package later on. This includes the submission of the Person of Significant Control.

PRINTED PACKAGE - £24.99
Our Digital and Printed Package is ideal for those who require a quick company formation with all the legally required company registers produced for you. We also include a template for your first Board Meeting so that you can get your business up and running. It provides you with digital copies of your company records plus a print out of your Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Share Certificates.

PRIVACY PACKAGE - £45
This package is perfect for those businesses that do not wish to publicise their home address for the company or for the Directors. The Registered office address enables you to register your company at our address and any official mail from Companies House or HMRC are forwarded to you, either by post or scanned and emailed. Directors can also use the address as their service address at Companies House, to keep their residential address private.
Same as Printed, but includes
- Registered Office Address (1 year)
- Directors' Service Address (1 year)
The cost of forwarding your official mail is included in the price.

ALL-IN PACKAGE - £149
The All-Inclusive package provides you with a complete mailing package - this enables you to incorporate your business and also use the address as a contact address for your clients, suppliers and with banks. All your mail is sent to the one Central London (EC1) address which can then be forwarded to you as you require.- we can scan it, or post it daily, weekly or monthly - the choice is yours.
