When you register with us for one of our services, after submitting your information you will be directed to your own online account.

Having an online account ensures that you can manage your information and deal with us quickly and effectively.

Via your client dashboard you will be able to:

Update your Information

  • Access all your information.
  • Within your account you will be able to:
    • change your contact details;
    • update your forwarding address;
    • change how your mail is forwarded
    • change directors details;
    • add or remove directors.
  • Upload new identification and add to your company registers scans and pdfs.
  • Telephone Answering Clients – update your personalised greetings or email address online.


  • Your account is Password protected.
  • If requested – your mail will be scanned and placed into your account.
  • Access your mail via the internet. This is ideal for overseas or travelling clients .
  • Plus, the server is secure so your scans are no longer sent via email.


  • The online portal will also keep any messages that we have sent to you via the account or to your email.


  • Set up email reminders for important dates – such as
    • self-assessment dates,
    • annual returns,
    • corporation tax payment deadlines
    • even children’s birthdays or anniversaries !!!!
  • Service Renewal reminders - we will email you a month before renewal your renewal date, so you can decide if you wish to renew or to cancel. Reminders will continue to be sent until payment is made or cancellation has been requested
