Limited Company - Virtual Office
You may choose one or all of our competitively priced virtual office services.
We hope all the information you will need is on this website but if you need any assistance please contact one of our customer advisers.
If you are planning to start a limited company, we have some information on how to incorporate a company at Companies House.
In order to set up these virtual office services, as a licenced HMRC provider, we are required to identify all our clients.
I-Support therefore requests identification of all directors and/or beneficial owners.
As part of our commitment to data security and client confidentiality, we do not pass on any information to any third parties e.g. for marketing purposes, unless we are legally obliged to by law enforcement agencies or trading standards.
Our London virtual office services is located in Central London (EC1N) area, between the west end and the city.
Our offices outside London are in East Sussex, on the South Coast of England.
The London offices are solely for business clients, whereas both business and individuals can use the Sussex virtual office.
Every limited company needs to have a registered address and office
As the legal address for the company, the registered office accepts delivery of Companies House and HMRC letters and documents. It is also the place to serve legal papers.
The registered office address also usually holds the company registers.
You can pick up your mail from our offices or we can forward your mail by post or scan them, so you can access the mail via your own secure online account.
Prices start at £34.99 (+ vat) a year.
The company directors use a Directors Service Address as a contact address for any Companies House mail.
This removes the need to use your own residential address, which would be publically available and thereby protects the director's home address from unwanted mail and visitors.
All company directors can use the address for the annual fee, but it cannot be used for multiple companies.
Prices start at £12.50 (+ vat) a year.
In addition to the registered office service, limited companies may also require a business or "trading" address for their bank, customers and suppliers.
We favourably compare with a PO Box and provide your customers with more confidence.
You can collect your correspondence or forwarded by posting it daily, weekly or monthly or electronically scanned and emailed.
Prices start at £84.99 (+ vat) a year.
If you need the registered office, director's address and the virtual address - you can easily sign up for all these services.
