What is a
Registered Office Address?

 

The registered office address service is used by limited companies as a contact address for official mail from Government Departments, such as Companies House or HMRC. Usually any legal papers are also served at the registered office. 

There are a number of reasons why companies use our services e.g. the company is based at one of the Directors home and they do not wish their home address to be made public at Companies House, or perhaps the company is dormant so just needs an address for any official mail. Whatever the reason, we offer competitively priced services for new start ups and more established companies.

Your mail is sent to you daily, so there are no delays in you getting your mail, if you wish you can also contact us to request that the official mail is scanned and uploaded to your online account.

What is a 
Directors Service Address?

 

When you register a company for the first time, you will also need to provide Companies House with an address for each director, so that any Director mail can be sent directly to them.

If you use their residential address this can become publically available. In order to maintain confidentiality you can opt to use the registered office address as your service address.

The Directors Service Address costs from £12.50 per company NOT per Director. So the fee covers all your Directors for that company. But, if a Director has more than one company, they can't use it for multiple companies.

With both services all your official mail is covered and mail can be sent to you via post or electronically by email or uploaded into your online account.

Business, Customer & Supplier Mail?
