Once Signed up Online
We will contact you to discuss the services you require and how we can best assist you and go through the options available to you.
We will allocate you an exclusive telephone number, which enables us to identify the incoming telephone call and deal with your callers accordingly
It is important to us that we are able to work in partnership with you and we will arrange time so that we can understand your company and get to know the products/services that you offer.
Divert Your Calls
You divert your business telephone lines (landline and/or mobiles) to your exclusive telephone number at any time you wish, you control when and for how long.
You don't need any additional equipment. We can help you with guidance on how to divert your phones.
If you are planning to divert from a BT line, please ensure that you have call divert option available.
You may need to contact BT or phone provider to arrange this.
When the Phone Rings
Greeting -We answer the call using your Company Name and ask for the callers name.
Message - We take a contact details and a message and forward it onto you via email or if you also wish it sent via SMS for 20p.
If you are on holiday or sick leave we can also send the message to a colleagues email address.
If you select the Message+ Service we can act as your own virtual receptionist and transfer your calls to a landline or mobile.
Although we can set the telephone answering quickly, we would recommend contacting us a few days before you require the service to go live, so that any issues with your landlines or call diversion can be resolved.
