Room Hire - East Sussex

  • Good for Staff Training days, Interviews
  • £5 per hour - Minimum 2 hours


We have a small meeting room in our Polegate offices where you can comfortably and safely meet with customers or suppliers or hold staff interviews and private meetings. 

Meeting room costs and benefits:

 
  • Low Costs - £5 (+VAT) per hour, with a minimum of 2 hour booking (£10).
  • You can cancel up to 48 hours before the meeting. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 48 hours we will charge the full amount.
  • It can comfortably hold 6 people around a boardroom table layout.
  • We also have a whiteboard and flipboard if required. You will need to bring flipcharts.
  • Conveniently located on Station Road in Polegate & 2 minutes from the roundabout of the A27 and A22 on the B2247 (see map)
  • Ideal for Eastbourne, Polegate, Hailsham and surrounding areas.
  • Free and convenient on street car parking
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • For a small charge of £1 per person, we can also provide teas and coffees if required.

MEETING CUSTOMERS

 

If you are working from home or run your business from home in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate or the surrounding areas, what do you do if you have to meet your clients, customers or suppliers?

Your options are either invite them into your home or arrange to meet in coffee shops, cafes or restaurants, neither of which is professional.

If you are meeting people, you have not met before, for added safety & security one of our staff members is always on the premises giving you peace of mind.

STAFF TRAINING DAYS

 

You may want to hold small staff training sessions or hold meetings away from your own office environment.

This prevents you and your staff from being distracted and continually checking emails and workload.

It provides you with the ability to focus on the training.

If you are a regional rep and want somewhere to hold client meetings or to demonstrate your products, our meeting room is on a main road so plenty of street parking nearby.

STAFF INTERVIEWS

 

If you are a small company and do not have the space to hold interviews, our room can be arranged into an interview format.

It can hold 3-4 interviewers around a boardroom style layout.

We are based on a main road so there is lots of car parking space nearby as well as being close to Polegate Railway Station.
 
Due to the low cost, you would pay a minimum of £40 for the whole day (9-5).

Other Services

 

As well as meeting rooms, we can also provide business and individuals with an East Sussex mailing address and telephone numbers.

Our mailing address services enable you to use our address and you can collect your mail from the office or have it forwarded to your home address daily, weekly or monthly.

This ensures you keep your address private.
