Things you should know.
For ease of the signing up process we can generate an Excel spreadsheet for you to complete all Directors details and ID that we require.
We are licenced by HMRC for AML, therefore we will require details of Directors and Beneficial owners, such as full name, home address, dob and contact details. If Directors are Overseas then the id will need to be notarised.
We can then set up the individual accounts for you on our website.
At the end of the contract or if the annual renewal has not been paid , provided we have an authentication code (Webfiling), we will amend the address at Companies House to an address we hold on file.

The Registered Office and Service Address is for Companies House and HMRC use only. Official mail will be scanned and either emailed or uploaded into an online account. If you have a dropbox, or similar service we can also upload mail into your online storage folder.
We can not accept mail from banks, customers, suppliers., IPO or any of your other day to day correspondence. If you would like us to receive this mail, you can purchase our All-Mail package.
All Mail package mail can be forwarded electronically or via post. We do require a postage deposit - we charge you the Royal mail costs, the actual deposit amount can be discussed once you have confirmed the total number of companies.
