The Message Answering Service is a great choice for smaller to medium sized businesses and new start ups. By using our answering service the staff can focus on their day to day jobs and reply to calls that are genuinely urgent. For start ups it ensures that uyou have more free up time in order to get the business up and running.

There are 3 easy steps when answering your business calls.

1: Greeting - Your calls are answered in the UK professionally using your company name, then request the callers name.

2: Information - We collect the following details:  Name, Company, Tel Number and Message

3: Emailed - We email this information to you straight after the call, or you can add SMS for 10p per message

This service is 24/7 and 365 days of the year so your company will never miss a customers call again.
There are no extra charges for bank holidays or calls at night time, this is all included in the monthly price.

This answering service collects the basic information from your callers,

  • Telephone Number
  • Message

This is ideal for business consultants, who may spend a considerable time either with clients or at networking events, online businesses and the various trades, so that when you are on site dealing with clients your other clients can talk to a real person rather than having to leave an impersonal message on voivemail.

Should you require additional details such as email address or their actual postal address you would need to select our Message+ service.

Setting Up Your Account


There are NO SET UP fees for the Message Service, to register your interest in our services complete our sign up/application form. This provides us with your contact info and an idea of which service you require.

We don't invoice etc. until we know what services you require.

We will contact you to collect all the relevant information that will enable us to set up your account with us and enable our staff to answer your calls as effectively as possible.

This can take less than an hour, so we can respond quickly if this is urgently needed for your business.

We will provide you with a divert "number" so you can divert your mobile or business landline to it, this enables us to identify exactly who the call is for and answer you calls with your company name. We would recommend that you do not use this number in any publicity/marketing materials - as they may change during the year.

If you have your own established business number you divert your calls to us, if you already have a virtual number you can change the divert settings via your online dashoard or if you have a landline first ensure that you are able to divert your calls. BT can charge extra for setting up a divert service - check your telescoms provider. 

Alternatively, if you don't have a business number set up yet we can provide you with various geographical (01 and 02) and non-geographical (0845 and 0800) numbers
